Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Enamelogic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Child Phenoms ("Child Phenoms", "we", "us"). By placing an order, starting a trial or using the trainer, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not order.

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to buy from us. You are responsible for how your children use the program.

2. What we sell

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

3. The free kit and shipping

1. The abacus is free. You pay $9.95 for shipping and handling.
2. We ship to US addresses only, with tracking. Orders usually leave within 2 business days and arrive within 7 days. These are estimates, not promises.
3. Please check your address. If a kit comes back because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you pay shipping again.
4. If tracking shows your kit was lost, email us and we will send another at no cost.
5. Buying the kit does not sign you up for anything. The kit is a one-time order.
6. Safety. The abacus has small parts. It is not for children under 3. An adult should be nearby when young children use it.

4. The Playbook add-on

The Child Prodigy Secrets Playbook + Audiobook costs $27 and is a one-time charge. It is digital: the Playbook opens in your parent account the minute you order, and the audiobook plays there too. Nothing extra ships. The 30-day refund in section 8 covers it.

5. Phenom University membership

5.1 The free trial

1. You get 14 days free. Nothing is charged today.
2. You give a card when you start the trial. On day 14 your card is charged $67, and then $67 every month on that date until you cancel.
3. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.
4. We send a reminder before the trial ends.
5. One free trial per household.

5.2 Your price

• The regular price is $197 a month. The $67 rate is offered on our order page only.
• Your $67 rate stays the same for as long as your membership stays active, including months you pause.
• If you cancel and join again later, the price on offer that day applies.

5.3 What is included

One membership covers every child in your household. Each child gets their own profile, chart and badges. The membership includes the online trainer, the practice handouts and the other bonuses described on the order page. We improve lessons and tools over time, and we may change, add or remove features, as long as the program stays substantially as described.

5.4 The gift you keep

The Prodigy Secrets Program (all 10 stages of printable lessons) is yours to keep even if you cancel, including during the free trial. "Keep" means a personal licence to download, print and use it in your own household for as long as you like.

5.5 How to cancel

You can cancel any time, two ways:

1. Your account page. Open childphenoms.com/#/account, sign in with the email you paid with, and press Cancel. It opens our billing portal, run by Stripe.
2. Email. Write to hello@childphenoms.com with "Cancel" in the subject. We cancel on the day we receive it (or the next business day) and confirm by email.

If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. If you cancel after a charge, your membership stays open until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

5.6 Pausing

You can pause for one month at a time. Email us with "Pause" in the subject. No charge is made while you are paused, and your $67 rate is kept.

5.7 Monthly charges and refunds

Monthly charges are not refunded for part of a month. If you forgot to cancel and you email us within 7 days of a charge, we will refund that charge once.

5.8 Failed payments

If a charge fails, we try again over the next few days and email you a link to update your card. If it still fails, your membership ends.

6. Certified Phenom Instructor

1. Certification costs $297, paid once.
2. It includes the certification course, the exam, the Instructor Launch Kit, the directory listing and badge, one year of the instructor account in the trainer, and twelve months of the family membership.
3. You can take the exam on demand and retake it until you pass.
4. The certification is yours for life. Use of the Child Phenoms name, badge and directory listing is governed by the Instructor Agreement, which you accept when you start the course.
5. After the first year, the instructor account and the family membership end unless you choose to renew them. We email you before then with the price. Nothing renews by itself.
6. If you already pay for Phenom University when you buy the certification, we pause your $67 billing for the twelve free months. The paused membership ends with the free year; you can rejoin at the member rate any time.
7. The Pass Promise and the 30-day money-back guarantee are in section 7.
8. No income promise. See section 11.

7. Our guarantees

These are the three guarantees printed on our order pages. The full steps are on our refund policy page.

1. Keep-the-Kit Promise (30 days). If your child doesn't light up on the beads, email us within 30 days of your order. We refund your $9.95 shipping. You keep the abacus (and the Playbook, if you added it). Nothing to send back.
2. Pass Promise. If you don't pass the instructor exam, we coach you one on one until you do. Coaching sessions must be booked within 12 months of your purchase.
3. 30-day money back (certification). Change your mind within 30 days of buying the certification and we refund the full $297. Your access to the course, the instructor account and the directory listing ends when we refund.

8. Refunds in general

• Ask by emailing hello@childphenoms.com with your order email and "Refund" in the subject.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show them in 5 to 10 business days.
• The shipping charge is non-refundable after 30 days.
• The Playbook add-on can be refunded within 30 days of your order. You keep the Playbook.
• Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We answer within one business day and almost always fix it faster than a dispute can.

9. Your account

1. You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can open it can sign in.
2. Give us an email you check. Receipts, reminders and sign-in links go there.
3. Children use the trainer under your account. Please be nearby when they practice.
4. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, copy our materials or harm others.

10. Using our materials

Everything in Child Phenoms (lessons, videos, handouts, software, the Playbook, audiobook, names and logos) belongs to us or our licensors.

• Families may use, download and print the materials for children in their own household.
• Certified instructors may also use them with their own students as the Instructor Agreement allows.
• Nobody may resell, share, post, record or copy the materials for others without our written permission.

11. What we do not promise

1. Results. Child Phenoms is an educational program. We do not promise any grade, test score, admission or scholarship. Your child's progress depends on practice and many things outside our control.
2. Research. Research we cite describes group averages in published trials. It does not predict what any one child will do.
3. Our founder's story is his own experience. It is not a typical or expected result.
4. Not medical advice. The program is not a treatment for ADHD, a learning difference or any medical condition.
5. Earnings. Any instructor earnings example is an illustration, not a promise. What an instructor earns depends on effort, area and rates, and many instructors teach for free. Child Phenoms makes no income guarantee. See our earnings disclaimer.

12. Things you may not do

Do not use Child Phenoms to break the law, to collect other people's information, to harass anyone, to upload harmful code, to get around sign-in or payment, or to copy the trainer or its content.

13. Other services

Payments run through Stripe and sign-in through Supabase. Their own terms also apply to what they do. We are not responsible for websites we link to.

14. Disclaimers

The program and trainer are provided "as is". We work to keep them running and accurate, but we do not promise they will be error-free or always available. Where the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Limit of liability

Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Disputes

1. Please email us first. Most problems are solved in a day.
2. If we cannot solve it within 30 days, either of us may bring the claim in small claims court, or in the state or federal courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. Facebook

This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Facebook in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders you already placed. If a change affects your membership price or how billing works, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
